The Fredericksburg Cup 2008 T-Shirt Pre Order Form

We are please to offer three different color shirts this year for the 2008 Fredericksburg Cup. All Pre-orders must be received by July 25th 2008.  You can pay via credit card after completing the order form (through Paypal - see below) -or with a check (paid in full) - by mailing the completed form to

There is an eight shirt minimum on all pre-orders. They do not have to be the same color. All pre-orders need to be picked up at registration and will be handed out to the team representative registering. In the case of a rain out we will deliver/mail the Shirts to the contact person and address listed below. FASA will not be responsible for any damage to any items being shipped. No Refunds on Pre-Orders.

1) A white T-Shirt with the tournament logo on the front and Adidas on the back. Available sizes are Youth M-Youth XL, Adult S- Adult XXL. Pre-Order pricing is $12.00 a shirt and on site is $15.00. We will only have limited amount of these shirts available for purchase at registration and at some sites.

2) A Royal Blue Sports Swirl Tie-Dye with the Tournament Logo on back with a Small Black Tournament Logo on the left chest. Pre-Order Price is $22.00 and this shirt will be available for pre-order only. Available sizes are Youth-S - Youth L, Adult S- Adult XXXL.

3) A Red Sports Swirl Tie-Dye with the Tournament Logo on back with a Small Black Tournament Logo on the left chest. Pre-Order Price is $22.00 and this shirt will be available for pre-order only. Available sizes are Youth-S - Youth L, Adult S- Adult XXXL.

The team pre-order form must be received in our office no later than July 25th, 2008 to guarantee completion of the order by tournament time. All orders must be accompanied with full payment (if paying by check - orders will not be processed until payment is received).  Paypal orders will be processed immediately. Checks are to be made payable to FASA.  Pre orders can be picked up at registration on Friday night.
